Ms. Kanika Arora has been actively involved with the arbitration team at the firm, being trained for both domestic and international commercial arbitrations. Majority of the arbitration matters that she been involved with pertain to construction, energy and infrastructure sectors. She also holds experience with litigations falling under the ambit of High Courts and NCLTs and has been involved in carrying out legal due diligence for corporate engagements. She heads the firm’s practice in Delhi.

Kanika has been shortlisted as a member to the ’40 Young Practitioners’ Group’ of Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and has been an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK. She was also the First Rank Holder of the LLM Degree Program at the University of Reading, UK in 2017.

Kanika continues to have a stronghold on the arbitration engagements at the firm and works with a range of clients both in India and abroad. Alongside, she also deals with drafting and analyzing reports for different litigation funders.
